Last week we performed successful full scale ground tests in Słupsk, at OptiNav premises! The event also received a wide coverage by Polish media: GP24, TVP3, Polskie Radio Koszalin, Kanal 6, Radio Gdansk.
We have been hosted at Festival dello Spazio (Space Festival) at Villa Borzino in Busalla (GE), Italy, on 30th July 2017, to present the ADR1EN project and our experience and view on space debris. We are at the 7th European Conference on Space Debris, at ESA/ESOC in Darmstadt, on 18-21 April 2017, to present the paper “Design of net ejector for space debris capturing”, which describes a part of the activities carried out within our project, through a poster dedicated to ADR1EN!
As last year we organized an event, again chaired by Franco Malerba, to present the ADR1EN project to potential stakeholders, in Genova, Italy, on 16th December 2016.
Our colleagues of SKA Polska received the “Symbol of Innovation 2016” prize in Katowice, on 23rd November 2016! The award was followed by an article on Monitor Biznesu.
On 17th-18th November 2016 we had a technical and project management progress meeting in Genova, where we had the chance to present and discuss the progresses: excellent results have been achieved in the last period!
We presented the ADR1EN project as a Polish success story in H2020 Space Calls, at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research in Warsaw, during the Horizon 2020 Space Information Day, on 25th October 2016.
Last Monday we had the pleasure to meet our Project Officer at Stam premises and he could record and tweet a short video at the end of the meeting!
We had the chance to present our ADR1EN project to the Space Committee at the Polish Parliament, to discuss further potential developments and opportunities.
